Any client engaged in on-going and regular business with Executive Talent PCI will be deemed out of bounds for any of our executive search activity, unless with the approval of the client.

 

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client and candidate information which shall be used only for the purpose of conducting the assignment.

 

Conflict of Interest

Before agreeing to undertake the search assignment, we will declare to client any potential conflict of interests which may impair the consultant’s ability to perform the assignment.

 

Integrity

Candidate and client will be presented to each other only with their full knowledge and approval.

 

Accuracy

While maintaining regular contact, we will strive to be accurate in all communications with clients and candidates.  Both parties will be encouraged to exchange relevant and accurate information.

 

Competence

All search assignments will be conducted competently, with an appropriate degree of knowledge, thoroughness and urgency.

 

Loyalty

Executive Talent PCI will act in the interest of the client at all times when asked to negotiate the compensation arrangement with the selected candidate to arrive at an equitable agreement.

 

Objectivity

We will take references on candidates in an objective and professional manner and with the knowledge and consent of the candidate.  The results will be reported in full to the client.

 

Executive Talent PCI subscribes to the highest standards of practice formalized by the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), a worldwide association of retained executive search consulting firms.
